Well, you should know this is not a polka dot skirt.
To put it more accurately, it’s a mini skirt with beautifully-flocked, swiss-dot style trims. They are familiar, so we still want to call this a PD skirt.
Please also note that:
- It’s fully lined, and it’s also got pleasing layers.
- See all those pleats? They are real.
- The waist of this skirt is highly elastic.
